Organizers reserved a number of hotel rooms for the participants. Hotel accommodation is booked by Official Agency “MONDORAMA”.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation giving the name and address of the hotel. Companies are requested to block-book rooms for their participants in advance with the Course Organizer. For all cancellations and changes, contact the Course Organizer directly. Any cancellation or change must be made in writing.
Reservation should be made no later then Mart ,1, 2010. After this date the hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

You will receive an acknowledgement from the Official Agency either by email within 14 days. This acknowledgement will indicate the hotel where your reservation has been made.
